CFHI mainly provides important plant
equipments, hi-tech product and technical
service for the field of steelmaker, power
plant, automobile industries, mining, petro-chemistry,
transportation & delivery, as well as
national defense and military industry and
so on, the applicable international trade
has been developed accordingly. The main
product contains 8 categories, which include
metallurgical equipment represented by
cold/hot strip rolling mill, medium & thick
plate mill, continuous caster; Petro &
chemical reactor represented by
hydrocracking reactor and coal liquefaction
reactor; nuclear power plant represented by
nuclear reactor vessel and pressurizer;
Large castings and forgings for power plant
represented by impeller used for the Three
Gorges and rotors in HV/MV/LV; Industrial &
Mining components represented by large
forged or cast steel roll; Heavy forging
equipments represented by 5000t heavy duty
mechanical press and hot die forging press;
Carrier based materiel facility supplied to
Navy and so on.
During the past over 50 years, CFHI made a
great contribution to the development of our
country’s national economy and defense. More
than million tonnages of machinery products
have been supplied, over 300 technical
vacancies have been filled, over 240 new
products have been developed and researched.
A lot of “China First” have been created and
the famous “CFHI” trademark was born, which
symbolized by the first 1700 mm and 1780 mm
hot strip rolling mill, 12500T open-die
hydraulic press, 30000T hydraulic die
forging press, 1150 mm billet mill, 2800 mm
cold/hot aluminium plate mill. Since coming
into 1980’s, CFHI is active in introducing
aboard advanced technology. By joint design
and cooperation manufacturing, the products
had been manufactured successfully such as
2050 mm hot strip rolling mill, 1900 mm slab
caster, 2800XPB large mining shovel, Komatsu
mechanical press for automobile covering
line, large petro-chemical cracking
equipment like hot wall hydrocracking
reactor, 3000T vertical plate bending
machine, 300,000 KW rotors in HV/MV/LV for
power plant and 300 MW nuclear pressure
vessel and so on, and CFHI is the monopoly
in the domestic market of forged-welding
hydrocracking reactor. During recent years,
CFHI designed and manufactured 1780 mm cold
rolling mill and temper mill for Anshan
Steelmaker on its own which had won
intellectual property right. CFHI researched
the new type of parent material of hot-wall
hydrocracking reactor and 1000T class
reactor, take the project of China first
experiment fast reactor vessel, and
manufactured the first global coal
liquefaction reactor weight up to 2000T for
Shenhua Group. The 15000T
open-die hydraulic press, which is made by
CFHI and has been put into operation
at end of 2006, is the worldwide
largest open-die hydraulic press with the
most advanced performance. The cases like Paskistan Phase Ⅱ 300MW and Qinshan 600MW
nuclear reactor during construction and the
other products make CFHI ranked at the top
of international state-of-the-art level.
CFHI pays more attention on product quality,
and has established stringent quality
assurance system and possessed advanced
product quality inspection systems. The
company has gained several certificates,
such as ASME, pressure vessel, civil nuclear
pressure vessel, and LR of Shipping in UK,
ABS in USA, DNV in Norway, CCS Shipping in
China, and so on, has already passed Quality
Certification for ISO 9001 and GJB/Z9001.
The product quality is in leading level in
China, and several products have already
reached international advanced level.
CFHI focuses on all along that constructing
CFHI into large scale group corporation with
international competitiveness as a goal and
is unceasing to explore and seek progress.
Nowadays, CFHI has possessed five
proprietary subsidiary companies, one sole
subsidiary company and two Class 3
proprietary subsidiary companies,
respectively located at Qiqihar, Dalian,
Shanghai, Tianjin, etc. Each subsidiary
company is undertaking the comprehensive
manufacturing, specialized manufacturing and
service, international trade, as well as
design & research & development, which make
CFHI possessed the integral capability on
design, research & development, up to
manufacturing, assembly and transportation,
subsequently to international trade.
Meanwhile, CFHI has established the broad
cooperation with many famous international
companies, such as SMS Demag, USA P&H, MHI,
HITACHI, FRAMATOME ANP, VAI, DOOSAN Heavy
Industries and Construction, TERNI and so
