CFHI insists on all along that the strategy to attract talents is critical for the enterprise development; the system is unceasingly to be completed on ideas of recognition of talents, utilization of them and put them in the important position. CFHI absorbs the talents by career development and subsequently brings hi-new product development by the talents with high technology The concept of ”Every post is equal, the capable person is the talent” forms CFHI’s talent merit, which enhance everyone exert their capability to meet the rapid and stable development of the company

Salary Insurance:

CFHI stipulates that the first 6 months is the internship for the new employee, and the mutual agreed salary will be decided during this period. The salary for the workers with hi-workmanship will be decided through negotiation face to face. The final salary will be determined again in accordance with the post requirements and working merits if it’s considered as acceptable after expiration of the internship. CFHI will provide the society security benefits such as retirement benefits, unemployment insurance, medical insurance, subsidized housing funds. 

Training Assessment:

CFHI established the complete training system regarding the employees in different level and profession, and also create the opportunity of promotion. In order to initiate the advantages and potentiality, and represent the employee’s value, CFHI set up the value evaluation system and dynamic management system based on the performance review.   

Promoting System:

1st, Provide room and board for new employees with undergraduate degree or above; 

2nd, The hi-new product research & development center and talent base will be moved to other places such as Tianjin or Dalian with developed economic and information infrastructure in order to attract the talents with professional competence and the employee with higher level;  

3rd, The high performer employees will be offered company sponsored degree study or profession training domestically or overseas; 

4th, Competitive recruiting for important post. Therefore, the platform will be provided to the talents who can endeavor themselves to the job and possible for interior flow of the talents; 

5th, “President’s Special Prize” is set, and “Scien-Tech Pioneer” and “Workmanship Pioneer” are elected, that is used for praise and encouragement of the excellent talents who did great achievements for the enterprise; 

6th, The management methods on “Special Technology” and “Know-how Technology” have been issued to encourage the scien-tech personnel and hi-workmanship workers to make the invention and innovation;
